Terms of use

What Muninn is

Muninn is a household inventory app: you record where your things live, and it remembers. You keep ownership of everything you put in it, and you can export or delete it at any time from Settings.

Muninn Plus

The app is free to use. Muninn Plus is an optional upgrade that lifts the free plan’s limits. Monthly and yearly plans are auto-renewing subscriptions: they renew at the end of each period until you cancel.

Bought in the iPhone or iPad app, Plus is billed by Apple: your Apple ID is charged on renewal unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends. Manage or cancel it in the Settings app on your device (your name → Subscriptions) — not here, because Apple holds the billing relationship. Refunds are handled by Apple under their policy. Prices are shown in your local currency before you buy.

One purchase covers your whole household. If Plus lapses, nothing you have already added is deleted or locked away — search, scanning, exports and backups stay available on every plan, and the free plan’s limits apply only to adding more.

Label packs

Printed label packs are sold from this site and shipped physically. Packs are printed to order and mailed within 1–3 business days, USPS Ground Advantage, free inside the United States. We do not ship outside the US.

If a pack arrives damaged, or a code will not scan, email support@askmuninn.com and we will replace it — keep the pack you have; there is no need to send anything back.

Changed your mind? Ask within 30 days of delivery and we will refund you, and you keep the labels. Mailing them back costs more than it is worth, so we would rather you had both the refund and something useful. Personalized packs are covered by this too. A full refund also takes back what the pack’s code added in the app — its extra bins, AI autofills and redraws. Nothing already in your household is removed or hidden; you just can’t add more bins than your plan then allows.

Fair use

Use Muninn for your own household’s things. Don’t use it to store anything illegal, don’t attempt to reach another household’s data, and don’t hammer the AI features in a way that is plainly automated abuse — there are limits in place, and an account that works around them can be suspended.

What isn’t promised

Muninn is built carefully and tested, but it is software: it is provided as it is, without a guarantee that it will never lose data or never be unavailable. Keep your own backups — Settings → Backup gives you a full one in a second, and that backup is yours to keep. The AI assistant can be wrong; it proposes changes and you confirm them, so check before you tap.

Changes, and reaching a person

If these terms change in a way that matters, the date at the top changes with them. Questions, complaints, or anything that reads unfairly: support@askmuninn.com — a person reads every one.

Purchases made through the App Store are also covered by Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement.
