Everything Muninn does

Label the bin once. Find anything forever.

Muninn remembers what’s in every bin and on every shelf, and hands it back the moment you ask — on your phone, on your computer, for the whole household, even when the signal drops.

Free for 6 bins and unlimited items, in as many places as you like — the whole core loop, no credit card.

Muninn’s Home screen on a phone: 19 bins, 113 items and 3 places, three action items, then the bins and things edited most recently, each showing its bin, its place and its shelf.

What sets Muninn apart

Plenty of apps put a QR on a box. These are the four that most don’t.

Phone and computer

The same inventory on iPhone, iPad and any web browser — not a phone-only app with the web on a waitlist.

The whole household

One shared inventory, every device, unlimited members. What you add, everybody sees.

Ask it from Siri

Hands full? "Ask Muninn where my baseball bag is." It answers from the lock screen — bin, place, shelf — and the app never opens.

Weatherproof packs, shipped

Print your own on plain paper, or order pre-coded weatherproof label packs that arrive ready to stick — with your logo on them if you like.

Label it once

A QR label that never goes stale

Every bin gets its own QR label — your own logo and name on it, the bin number, and its contents printed right on it. The code links to the record, so scanning it opens the bin no matter where the bin has moved. A printed location would be wrong the first time you shifted a shelf; the QR never is.

Muninn’s Print bin labels screen on a phone: a sheet of six labels laid out ready to print — two copies each of bins 14, 15 and 16 — above the controls for which bins and how many copies.

Photograph a box

Snap a photo, the box lists itself

Open a bin, photograph what’s inside, and Muninn’s AI names every item and gives each its own thumbnail. Review the list, fix anything, save — no typing thirty item names by hand. Every write waits for you to confirm it.

Ask Muninn

Ask in plain words — and it can do the moving

“We’re swapping summer for winter — what should go out to the storage unit?” Nothing in your household is tagged summer; Muninn works it out from the labels, the notes and what’s inside each bin, and names the ones to move. Say move them and it writes the changes out for you to confirm. It proposes; you decide. It is not a search box that makes you guess the keyword.

A conversation with Muninn on a phone. The end of its answer about the seasonal swap offers to move Bin 9 and Bin 10 to the Storage Unit. Told “move them”, it proposes moving Camping & outdoor and Pool & water toys to the Storage Unit, above a Confirm & update inventory button.

Search

Find it without standing up

Search every bin and item at once. Each result names its bin, its place and its shelf — so you carry one box down from the attic instead of pulling six off the rack to check.

Phone and computer

One memory, on every screen you own

The same household on your phone in the garage and on your laptop at the kitchen table — a bottom tab bar becomes a top nav, the lists open into two columns, and every change syncs. Nobody is waitlisted for the web.

The same Muninn Home screen on a laptop: a top nav instead of a bottom tab bar, and the recently edited items and bins running side by side in two columns.

Labels, your way

Print your own, or ship weatherproof packs

Muninn measures every label from the manufacturer’s own template — Avery and OnlineLabels — so a sheet lands dead on the die-cuts. Print at home on plain paper or a label sheet, or order a pack of pre-coded weatherproof labels that arrive ready to stick, two per bin so the label never faces the wall. Packs can carry your own logo and words instead of ours — free, and you set it at checkout without making an account.

Yours to keep

An inventory is only worth building if it stays yours and stays reachable.

Works in the dead zone

The garage, the basement, the storage unit — exactly where the signal drops. Muninn opens and answers offline; it syncs when the bars come back.

Import and export

Bring an inventory in from a spreadsheet — Muninn matches the columns for you — and take the whole thing back out to CSV any time. Nothing is locked in.

Full backup & restore

A complete copy of the household — every place, bin, item and photograph — that you can download and restore later, photos and all.

Start with your messiest shelf

6 bins free — enough to find out whether scanning beats rummaging. No credit card, works on every device you own.
